The stars aligned for it to be a baking night. We did a grocery run so I intended on stocking up on baking supplies. That means butter, which were on sale alongside chocolate chips and brown sugar.
So continues my journey on the search for the perfect chocolate chip cookies. I made a modified version of Milk Bar’s Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies, by adding a little more flour, plus about a tablespoon of sprouted flour, and dark chocolate chunks, oh man was this experiment a success. Letting it chill in the fridge overnight made it extra delicious!
